Wait Upon The Lord

September 19, 2023

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. (Isaiah 40:31).

Wait

In your trials, beginning, middle , or near end and everyone in your life says don't do this, or do it this way, what do you do? Its tempting to take a path. Job in the bible had many opinions on what he should do to restore his health, his wealth, his life. Job waited to hear from God. It is very difficult to discern what God wants you to do at times. There are times when God wants to see what you will do. He can be silent for long periods of time.

Sometimes we choose to make no decision fearful of being wrong. God wants us to choose. Sometimes it is a choice to wait upon the Lord.

God I am thankful for thy blessings and guidance and patience with me. I am very thankful for allowing me to run again. Thankful for restoring my soul.
